You may use Pixunity to invite others to view your photos. We will use the email addresses you provide only to send an invitation to view your photos. Pixunity will not sell or share the recipients’ email addresses, or add them to any mailing lists.

You control who sees your photos on Pixunity Be aware that if you choose to make your photos public on the Pixunity site, they can be viewed by anyone using the site. Please also be aware that if you post a link to your Pixunity pictures on your own website or the websites of others, or share your pictures with friends or family members who post your share invitation on a website or forward it to other individuals, these pictures may be accessible to additional people who view the email or visit these websites.

Pixunity may update or modify this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address that you provided to us in connection establishing your Pixunity account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
